• Product images are for illustrative purposes; natural color, sizing, and packaging variations may occur in natural agricultural dry fruits.
• All items are subject to stock availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Order Quantity Limits & Cart Restrictions

To ensure fair availability to all retail customers and prevent bulk unauthorized reselling:

• Purchase Cap: A maximum limit of 10 pieces per product (variant) is permitted per order.
• Orders exceeding this quantity limit cannot be processed through our automated checkout and will be capped in the cart.
• We reserve the right to cancel multiple orders placed by the same customer or shipping address that appear to bypass this retail quantity cap.

4. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are quoted in Indian National Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party payment gateways, including Paytm Payment Gateway (supporting UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets).
• By providing payment information, you represent that you are legally authorized to use the selected payment method.
• We do not store your complete payment card or banking credentials on our servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days across serviceable postal codes in India.
• Free shipping applies to eligible prepaid orders above ₹1,499. A nominal delivery fee of ₹99 applies below this threshold.
• Tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email once the package is handed over to our courier partner.
• Delivery timelines (typically 3–7 business days) may vary based on location and unforeseen logistics conditions.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

• Because food and dry fruit items are perishable, returns are accepted strictly within 7 days of delivery for unopened, sealed products with damaged packaging or quality defects.
• To request a return, contact our support team at instaedgedigital@gmail.com with your Order ID and unboxing photos.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (via Paytm PG) within 5–7 business days following inspection.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, and code, is the property of Nutifer or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nutifer, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, payment gateway, or purchased products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhenkanal, Odisha, India.
